16 Plus Support
Cannon Children Services aims to achieve the 5-“Every-Child-Matters” outcomes.
We shall support Young People to:
- be independent in the home and in the community
- build positive relationships
- enjoy and achieve in education, vocational training.
- make the right choices to integrate into semi-independent living
- achieve economic wellbeing
- be healthy – eat well, sleep, exercise and pursue a healthy living lifestyle.
Positive Outcomes
Cannon Children Services aims to register more children’s homes with Ofsted. There is a pipeline for CQC registration soon.
It is envisaged that all our young people shall benefit by having a comfortable, small home where they are supported by a well-trained, caring staff to achieve positive outcomes.
