Avon House is a warm and welcoming semi-detached home situated on a pleasant residential road in Corby. The home is well maintained and offers a safe, nurturing and stable environment where young people can feel secure, valued and cared for. The property comprises three bedrooms and a secure, fenced rear garden, providing both privacy and space for recreation.
Avon House provides care and accommodation for up to two young people. Each young person benefits from their own bedroom, promoting dignity, privacy and personal space in line with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015. Young people share access to a family bathroom, comfortable lounge, kitchen and dining area, supporting the development of positive relationships, independence skills and a genuine sense of belonging within a homely environment. One bedroom includes an en-suite shower room.
