We are aware that our work with children can impact people and communities in certain ways. Those impacted are encouraged to communicate with us and raise awareness so that corrective action can be taken. We strongly believe that this feedback helps us to provide proactive care and support to our children and also makes us conscious actors in the community we operate in.
